Erica Vannucci

Erica Vannucci is a researcher and designer working at the intersection of human values and technology, applying User Research (UR), User Experience (UX), and Human Factors (HF) methodologies to support human-centered design processes across diverse domains, ranging from Secure Societies to Manufacturing. Her transversal background enables her to adapt creatively to different contexts, address complex interdisciplinary challenges, and effectively collaborate with and lead multidisciplinary teams. She employs participatory and co-creative design strategies, facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement to generate actionable insights that inform ethical, inclusive, and impactful innovation. Currently, Erica works at Deep Blue S.r.l. on European-funded projects with a central SSH or human-centered design component, contributing to the identification and analysis of end-users’ and stakeholders’ needs, ethics and AI liability factors to be taken into account while designing innovative solutions, resilience methods and tools.
