Janusz Krupanek is a senior researcher at Institute for Ecology of
Industrial Areas with expertise in environmental management. He
has 30 years of experience in environmental management and
policy. He conducts scientific research and is involved in providing
services to businesses and public institutions. His experience
covers environmental policy and its instruments, sustainability,
circular economy, environmental impact assessment. He has
participated in numerous international projects co-financed by the
European Union including research (RT&D Programs) and
application projects (INTERREG, LIFE), collaborative initiatives
(COST) and consulting for business and public administration.

The M.Sc. by Reasearch «Digital Circular Economy» was established as part of the European project 3D-CIRCULAR (Digital Deep tech Driven Circular Economy) which began in August 2025, has a duration of four (4) years, and is co-funded by the European Union through the IGITAL-2024-ADVANCED-DIGITAL-07 program (Contract No. 101226256).
