Manager Of EU projects
Maria Bouloukaki holds a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering from the University of Patras and a Master’s in Sustainable Environmental Change Management and Circular Economy from the University of Thessaly. Her academic and professional work includes resource and waste management, zero-waste building design, and water–energy–food system studies. At Zelus, she manages EU projects that promote sustainability and circular economy through digital tools.

The M.Sc. by Reasearch «Digital Circular Economy» was established as part of the European project 3D-CIRCULAR (Digital Deep tech Driven Circular Economy) which began in August 2025, has a duration of four (4) years, and is co-funded by the European Union through the IGITAL-2024-ADVANCED-DIGITAL-07 program (Contract No. 101226256).
