Eva M. Sánchez Teba

Eva M. Sánchez Teba holds a PhD in Business Organisation from the University of Malaga, where she is a professor of Business Management and Strategic Management in the Faculty of Economics and Business Sciences. Her main line of research focuses on the transition to a circular economy in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). She is the principal investigator of the research project Determinants of the Transition to a Circular Economy for European SMEs and the research project Circular Habits and Sustainable Consumption among Young People in Andalusia, funded by the Andalusian Studies Centre Foundation. She has also served as director of the UNIA summer course Circular Economy: Towards a Business, Economic and Social Model. Her research has been published in journals such as Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management, Cities, SAGE Open, Journal of Small Business Management, and Humanities and Social Sciences Communications. She has participated in the Living Lab of the Horizon 2020 CircleMED project, which seeks to accelerate the transition to a circular economy in the Mediterranean region, as well as in several Erasmus+ projects related to sustainability, including CARE and Quest.
